Hate to sound negative, but I believe it's a case of just trying to keep the score down.

 

First coach here. It's ****ing freezing.

 

Can't see us getting anything from the game, but Boro did, so let's emulate their feat.

 

We'll get at least as many points as Boro did from the game, don't you worry.

 

Settling in for a TV watch with a near 4 am finish together with my neighbour who is a Man City fan in his 83rd year. He predicted the correct score in the KC match and has gone 3-1 Man City this time.
Cannot see a goal for us,however, so 3-0 for me.

 

In my view the best way to play them would be to try and play as if we had 10 men, everyone back defending bar two of our fastest guys (Abel/Aluko/Elomandy/Robertson) any of which, and play them up top, as soon as Man City loose the ball hump it up to them, what it will do is force Man City back.

Well guaranteed defeat then ffs. If we are to stay up we are going to need to beat one of the big boys. What has fatty done to warrant a place in midfield?

 

I'd have started Abel H in place of Ramirez & Quinn instead of Hudds, can't understand Davies being dropped, yes he's been poor but Hudds has been worse. Must be a confidence thing to keep Hudds in there!

That team smacks of a manager prioritising for the Villa game on Tuesday night for me.

 

Big supporter of SB, but his refusal to drop a player(Huddlestone) who would struggle to get into an over 55's walking football team is starting to wear thin now.
