Its called banter, nobody seriously cares in swansea, in fact he was an expensive gamble that failed to get you promoted, dato chump and co and dave jones were convinced that by bringing him in along with the players you already had, promotion was a given in fact it should have happened with the team you had, well it failed to materialise and cardiff were left counting the cost at the end of it so tbh with you we had a squad of team players who were on much less than your lot but fought for each other, no big stars just a team who put the team first and lo and behold we got promoted, now even if swansea get relegated this year and we come back to the championship next year we will have

Had a season playing in the best league in world football.
Swansea City will have worldwide exposure to all the continents of the world.
Swansea City will have over £40million pounds given to them for playing just one season in the premier league
Our players will play against some of the best teams and players in world football
Our club and fans will visit some of the best stadia in world football
We will be seeing all the top teams and players at the liberty this year
Swansea City will make a fortune this year

Now should we get relegated we will

Have a further £12 million a year in parachute payments for four years
Our squad contracts will not bankrupt us
And our fans will have had a ball supporting our club and have memories that will last them a lifetime.

So what if we do get relegated we will have had a great time, made a lot of friends and our club will be in a great position to try and go straight back up

Considering what i have just said do you really think we give a toss about Craig Bellamy i will leave you decide

As for your parachute payments do you honestly believe your players salaries are still championship salaries ? just ask Birmingham , Hull ,Portsmouth etc fact is you are going to need your parachute payments to service your premiership salary packages when you come back down next season and i would not be surprised if you go into ADMINISTRATION ( does anybody in Swansea know what administration is ? ....of course everybody in Swansea knows what administration is after all you hold the record for defaulting on your debts and robbing your creditors ).

In fairness to Bellamy he was one of the few who actually tried last year. A few more like him and things might have been different. Instead we ended up with a group of individuals rather than a team and the rest, as they say, is history. If he comes back this year, I'll see it as a bonus rather than anything else. Personally, I didn't enjoy last season at all and even our win at the Liberty just papered over the cracks for a while.

As for your last line, I can't wish you promotion from the Prem so I'll leave it there

 

Actually,I wasn't asking for help,so it was not necessary for you to insult Lita.I didn't insult Bellamy,but you,being a bloob,can only really work when insults are around. Sad tonsay hilts,but your green eyes are shining.

Just to remind you,Lita is about to join A PREMIER LEAGUE TEAM,and poor old Bellamy seems to be heading nowhere agian.

 

Hbomb. Since I didn't see Bellamy at all last season,I take your point about his commitment to Cardiff.He is to be commended for that.

Last season Cardiff hit the top of the table very early on,if my memory serves me correct,and I got the impression that the Club,player's and supporters assumed that the job was done. Perhaps your new Manager will bring a different perspective to play,should that scenario repeat itself.

Bellamy dont want to come back to cardiff.....well not until his career is over anyway and then he will play for anyone. show some balls Bellamy take a massive wage cut as its not as if you are short of a few bob, you are looking like a greedy pig to everyone at the moment....

 

You're right mate. The general impression I got was it was job done which, as we all know, is a big mistake in football and didn't sit right with me all season.
However we do this year though, I think Malky (yes Dai, Mickey Mouse View attachment 6060 ) will ensure feet are firmly on the ground from the very top to the tea ladies.
As for the Swans, if you stay up, so be it, if you don't, you don't. Nothing CCFC can do about it but personally, the next derby I want to see is a Prem derby, be it next year or year after etc. If its a Champ derby that would mean we failed again and I'd rather not think about that at the moment
