The anti doping regime might actually disagree on that as the whereabouts control is a central plank to the anti doping fight as if you can't find them to test you won't get a positive result. Now don't get me wrong this does not equate to a ban , that occurs if you are unavailable 3 times in a set period, but it is important though obviously this particular case is almost certainly just inefficiency rather than anything suspicious.
Then just to make it fair, they should also dock points off United. But it won't happen, what with BBC Salford, Fergie and the MUFA.
