Stoke fans want rid of Pulis and there is speculation that he will resign. Before anyone chokes and laughs off this suggestion Pulis's appointment to CCFC could make sense. He has kept Stoke in the Premiership for 6 years and, while his style of football is unattractive, through his management Stoke is financially stable which we are not. Financial security continues to be a concern and if the penalty for that is dour football in the Premiership beyond next season then that is a price worth paying for our long term survival. Pulis could of course fail but with him we would have a better chance of staying in the Premiership than just about all of the other names mentioned. This of course is academic as it is looking increasingly that MM will stay until a better offer comes along.

Swamp, I have seen DPJs comments but I am not into deleting this type of thread as it shows more about the poster than the recipient. I posted on a thread earlier about folks growing up and previously asked for self regulation. This by and large has worked and there have only been a few incidents recently.
If I get a request to delete a post I will do so, no worries, as these boards are for everyone to enjoy and come to debate. There are also kids viewing these boards but it can be said they hear worse in the playground.
The compromise is self regulation but this may not be enough for clowns like DPJ. I am sure Blue & Pont have their point of view and I will go with what the majority want.
