yea, i posted this on the banter thread but it got swamped (excuse the pun) by sheep jokes or something.

he's made a fantastic start to his career here, i hope he stays here a few years at least, i would be surprised if he is still here at the end of the 2016 expiry date but i've been thoroughly impressed with his management here, onwards and upwards <ok>
