As good as Ramsay has become, and no doubt the Arsenal development team have helped, I don't think you can call Ramsay home-grown, not when they paid Cardiff however many millions.
Just a misunderstanding of "home-grown". I didn't mean they had come right up through the Arsenal academy. I was comparing it to the time when Wenger was derided for fielding teams without a single player qualified for one of the "home" countries.
