News Update - Squat is happening to Didley.
Been here in hospital since Wednesday afternoon, now been bumped twice, with the operation now reset for tomorrow.
l feel like Tom Hanks in the airport movie.
Everyone knows l’m here but there is no op locked in. I’m a ‘wild card’ ..... l might get to play or maybe not. In fairness, there are others who are probably worse off but after fasting twice to two days, etc. l want some action.
I can’t be the bridesmaid forever, right?
Hopefully, tomorrow morning is my time in the theatre. I’ve got the Jaffa’s and the popcorn ready!
