That's the thing, they'll not be a Man City. There's rules restricting that from happening, now. They'll have to do it a lot more slowly and methodically. I mean ultimately they're going to get there and will be winning trophies but they'll not come in and start spending hundreds of millions every transfer window. We've got about 5 years grace to brace ourselves
Not sure, mate. They'll be signing quality players to begin with but not world class. I can see them bringing in a top manager straightaway and that will help attract the higher quality players. They'll probably be finishing between 5th and 8th for a few year but they'll keep spending big every now and again then it's only a matter of time before the elite players start showing up. what trophies? There's about half a dozen clubs way ahead of the mags in the pecking order no matter how wealthy they become, geography will always pull the really top players somewhere other than tyneside.
