It's possible this will all prove to be speculation but it's fun seeing the Mags squirming over it ...

... this takeover was celebrated like the fourth of July but looks more like a wet Wednesday in November.

If Inter is bought then it raises major questions about which club will be given the best DOF, manager, players, etc.

At the moment Newcastle are being handled like a Christmas toy that came without batteries and no one wants to go to the shops.

What I find amusing is that even the transfer gossip in the tabloids have gone quiet on them.

Every time I read anything about Newcastle on a morning it cracks me up, this morning they are in for France centre back Samuel Umtiti <laugh> who Barcelona are keen to offload <laugh> and Brazil striker Samuel Barbosa who would prefer to stay at Flamenco <laugh> you would think they’d be flocking there with Eddie in charge. Where’s Croney when you need him<laugh>

Well its a story that keeps popping it's head up.

Not sure if this adds anything new, but let's see if there is another categorical denial from the front woman up there.

Not sure that analyst at the end of the piece made a lot of sense mind. He was going on about this being part of a portfolio diversification, another way to make money.

Making money is what they will not do, neither with that lot or Inter. It's all about washing some blood away.

But still, there could be something in it, and if not at Inter, then posdibly somewhere else in Europe, another club to attract widespread loathing.

And they may find up there that they are not the only new toy for the madman to play with. And if he has a lot of them, he'll have to make a choice down the line....

I saw that, they're absolutely out of their minds aren't they.

In all honesty I'd be happy if we were super rich, can't deny it. And if Amanda Staveley was in charge I'd grit my teeth and pretend I was pleased with the situation. But, in reality, we all know she's a total fake who has no more idea about football than I do. She was a Liverpool supporter, with club shop scarf, and now she's a Mag. The Saudis know they can sack her off at any time or sell their shares to anyone they please ...

... no one else would have her run the club.

If the Saudis had taken over us I would be very, very unhappy
Every success would be badly tainted
And of course, Stavely is an absolute joke

I don't follow this lot very closely but recently their manager moaned when they didn't get a penalty in two consecutive games, he said he didn't like making excuses about decisions and their injury list, (recently added to in the last match) but he ho they go and postpone the Everton game blaming covid and injuries.
He's only been here a few short week's but whinges like a kid having a tantrum after every match.

Absolutely mate, and they know it.

I wish money wasn't all important but it is.

If we bought success, like Man City, I'd accept it but not feel totally happy.

If the owners were murderers, torturers and proud of it I'd feel a bit flat.

However, I think any success is a long way off for Newcastle, the Saudis don't seem too ambitious ...

... possibly no more than Ashley.

This might not seem much, but when you see that the Reuben's are the developer of this, it might be another pointer of what the Mags have in store for themselves. New ground, (not owned by the but by the Reuben's and the Saudi's), maybe moved from Sid James' with parts of that site redeveloped for offices, flats, hotels etc. or maybe a new arena for Newcastle (again owned or leased by the Reubens/Saudi's)...

I wouldn't like to be one of the poor sods trying to get in and out of the place every day mind. It's a bloody nightmare as it is, and why one or two businesses have left. And now, another 9000 on top!?

In the ranks of insane ideas, that is close to top of the charts.

Howe was always a highly talkative individual, you just can't shut him up.

Unless it's when he was asked about the bloody atrocities committed by his new employers of course.

It's almost like the scum are the fall back girl.

PIF are holding off on taking her out to the fancy restaurants whilst waiting to see if their first choice girl puts out. Keeping the fall back happy with hollow words and giving her windows a clean.

mag mate (yeh we all have them) just been on about how his team played brilliant against man utd and only got a draw...sorry marra but i watched what was the worst game man utd have played in many a year, struggled to pass the ball, giving it away countless times, no real threat at all at any point in the game and you still could not win, i honestly thought even mags would acknowledge how bad man utd were but nope, just how 'excellent' they were themselves and they call us 'deluded'!!
