Can't see Newcastle Brown sponsoring them again, given the owner's attitude to alcohol. Then again, the mags will no doubt view such sponsorship as rather parochial, given their new world view and international ambitions
Jesus wept an ex work colleague is over in Benidorm, they bump into this and post it on facebook. It’s alright for her like, shes from Walker. What a bunch of ****ing bellends man. please log in to view this image
Incredible self awareness there mind, looking at the sign above the shop. They would appear to be utterly beyond hope.
What Staveley "gets" is her mug in every paper. Haven't seen a non-footballing posho be this media hungry since Salmon pants turned up at our place talking about piss taking parties
"Now that bloody F1 Mackem is joining the conspiracy against us!!!" Lewis Hamilton calls for Qatar and Saudi Arabia to be scrutinised over human rights issues https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/formula1/59337775 please log in to view this image
What have Scumcastle and Dover got in common? Only 2 teams in the football league not to have won a league match this season
Surely things would be scrutinised more if he refused to perform in these countries. He's basically taking little nibbles at the hands that are feeding him when really he should be biting them off if he feels so strongly about it.
I've been thinking. (NO SARCASM PLEASE). our Freinds to the North should embrace their new owners by insiting that The Club identify more closely with them. So, a change of name, to, say, Saudi Arabian Football Club. SAFC for Short. Then new colours. The Fans seem to have fallen for the Kufiya and where the most popular colour in the Middle East is Red and White. So, to show their appreciation make it SAFC in Red and White. And real fanatics should consider an appropriate name for their daughters. How about Sharia?
Little Bobby Law from Cruddas park agrees with the last bit Just an aside, the mags can go on all they want about Sunderland as a City but Cruddas Park eclipses anything in the **** hole stakes
given himself little choice really...the problem with 'making a stand' is that if you truly believe it (rather than just jumping on the bandwagon) then you have to follow it through your entire life, especially for the famous as they know if they make one mistake they are going to be hounded for it. the other problem, of course, is that they are all happy to take money no matter where it comes from...there are a lot of hypocrites out there these days.
http://e-activist.com/page/email/cl...URINPjbcek5hH&campid=dv4eqNuBle6BKFlzN0740Q== A little off topic, but not entirely. Anyone interested in a ticket for a Mark Knopfler guitar can get one via that link. The cash goes to Reprieve, a charity that tries to get legal and other help to those, including many in Saudi, who need and are denied help. Often imprisoned for no reason, or facing torture and repression and other serious depravations of basic human rights. Knofler has hoyed a guitar in, so I've hoyed a tenner in. All he should do now, is to tell them to stop playing his music at the ground!
I go through Cruddas Park to get to work in Elswick...I think that's worse. Go past Elswick into Benwell, you are into Star Wars bar territory. The Holy Trinity of ****holes.
I will settle for your expert opinion mate. The last time I was in Cruddas Park must have been around 2009 real time, which is 1987 Cruddas time
I genuinely don't think there is another set of fans in the country who would go on like these knackers.
