Your new owners think it's cool to torture and kill gay people, what are your thoughts on that?

No need to get personal with the lad mate ...

... that's a bit harsh just for posting drivel on a forum.

Well there are three elements to our new ownership, although you probably already know that. I’m pretty sure Amanda Staveley and Jamie Rueben are fully aware of the allegations you are referring to which are clearly directed towards the third element of our ownership with is the Public Investment Fund, which I should point out…again which I’m sure you’re already aware is a separate entity altogether from the KSA. I’m intrigued by your statement that our “new owners think it’s cool” and would question as to upon what evidence this is based. I’m sure “cool” is probably just your way of phrasing it, the intentions for which are pretty blatant. As to my thoughts on the matter, well they have their rules and laws in their country as do we know in ours. I don’t agree with killing /torturing people for the religious beliefs (or lack of), or sexual preference and thankfully I live in a country where things like that do not happen.

So just out of interest, how long have you been lobbying against the Saudis and their treatment of gay people….about 4 weeks maybe….18 months max I would probably guess?

I think it's a given that we don't "agree" with that. Pretty disgusting isn't it. It must cast a massive shadow over everything, if you're a decent human being.

well if I had to pick something in particular which has proved to be quite the entertainment piece it would have to be Bruce leaving and our (soon to be concluded I hope) search for his successor.

Not really, but then I’m not a ****ing hypocrite!

You gonna side step my question or you need a bit more time to think about it?

Just to clarify, your thoughts about how your new owners deal with gay people are that you don't agree with them, but ultimately you don't give a **** because it's not your problem? Bravo.

If only that was the only problem hey. Unfortunately it's only a drop in the ocean.

Are you seriously trying to make someone arguing for human rights out to be the bad guy in this situation? You really need to step back from it and have an attempt at being objective. This isn't Sunderland vs. Newcastle. This is everyone vs. Newcastle.

Sorry that you can't accept that.

So you think the best place to discuss that is on a Sunderland forum at midnight ...

... then you say "I’m not a ****ing hypocrite!"

What a sad little life you have there.

I don't know what you class as "lobbying". I've never been on a demonstration against Saudi Arabia, no. But in response to people slagging off Muslims, for years I've always said that the vast majority of Muslims are fine and pointed out the hypocrisy of the West being quite happy to strike trade deals with the most vicious, lunatic Muslim country of them all - Saudi Arabia.

I read where one of your fans had written that it's up to the KSA if they want to be harsher than the rest of the world on crime (this was just one Mag of course). Crimes which include: 20 years in prison for writing a tweet criticising the government/royal family (they're the same thing in the country of One King One Vote); being chopped up while still alive for writing articles against the government; and 800 lashes for being gay (followed by imprisonment if by some miracle you survive the lashes).

Are you really comfortable with being owned by these monsters?

I for one wasn't comfortable when we had PDC as manager, but the worst he ever did with his fascist views was being banned in Italy for giving Mussolini salutes after scoring. These stone age fanatics who run your club are another level entirely.

You lot keep hanging onto that yet you, i and every other ****er knows that it's bullshit.

Think about it seriously. The Saudi government has guaranteed the FA that they are not involved, but:

    1) Your own fans are dressing as saudis and waving flags
    2) Saudi ministers have refered to the club as "ours"
    3) The proof of the separation is "confidential"
    4) Saudi twitter bots are getting users who criticise banned

The hypocrisy in your fan base is unbelievable, especially from your LGBT group. If KSA doesn't own your club, how the hell do they think they'll get them to change?

Approving the sale was never about proving separation - it was entirely about the piracy issue

**** all I can do about it, we don’t get to choose who owns our football clubs unfortunately and it sure as **** ain’t gonna stop me from supporting my club as a result of it. If owning our football club means that things like that start to change for the better then great, but given the length of time it’s gone on I suspect not.

To be fair mate, they only get 50 lashes at a time so they have a chance to recover. They're not barbaric monsters ffs. Besides people only usually die if the wounds become infected so you can blame nature for that, it's organic.

I've no intention of spending time in pretend debates with you, it's obvious you've only started posting because you suddenly feel brave and want to boast about your money.

But I'll just point out how deluded you are and how you're being sportswashed.

This is what you actually posted and couldn't be a clearer example.

"Well there are three elements to our new ownership, although you probably already know that I’m pretty sure Amanda Staveley and Jamie Rueben are fully aware of the allegations you are referring to which are clearly directed towards the third element of our ownership with is the Public Investment Fund, which I should point out…again which I’m sure you’re already aware is a separate entity altogether from the KSA."

In such a short post you've managed to pretend/suggest or even believe that PIF is nothing to do with the Saudi state. That's pathetic enough but you claim there are merely 'allegations' against the Saudis when it's actually enshrined in their laws and part of the Saudi legal system. They chop people's heads off, that's a fact not an allegation.

Sadly you're obviously too thick to understand, or actually care, so there's no point discussing it further.

The things is any defence they have of the new regime went out of the window before the Saudis arrived.

Many mags have very strong morals that they shouted at shops because nasty Mike Ashley offers zero our contracts, also recently back up by Sam fender with his description of Mr Ashley. This is of course their right if they believe zero our contracts are so damaging & against human rights

Yet now they are will to turn a blind eye to horrific human rights abuse. Even surprisingly their LGBT group who would not be welcome in the country of their new owners.

I think this maybe needs adding to the dictionary as the perfect example of a hypocrite
