Everything you say is true mate. I do wonder though, as the Freemen also own SJP if they'd relent now and 'do a swap' and allow the Moor to be used. The Moor is enormous compared to the SJP site and I'm sure there are people who'd like the football ground moved away from the town.
Solved, from city centre to Town Moor Camels and a free tea towel to add to the frivolity, on the back of the new black breed of camel.
Dreyfus and co any day for me, couldn't be happier with them. Quite sad that people think money is the only thing that matters, not that we're short of a few quid.
To be fair to Sunderland posters many said, during our takeover, that they wanted progress based on stability, academy and identity ... .... I suspect the Mags just want huge amounts spent as quickly as possible.
Absolutely, while pretending the human rights issues don't exist and everybody else's disdain of them is simply jealousy nothing more.
How can you know that? Aye you psychic? Certainly I would never dream of going to the SOL again if I was to be used as a cheer leader and human face for a barbaric regime for whom torture, repression, terrorism , slave labour, apartheid and religious persecution are normal behaviour. You may not be able to see this. You may not be able to understand any of it. Or you may, really, think it doesn't matter, and it's all just cuddly Arab chaps who like a game of football. In any of those cases, and it must be one of them, you have my deepest pity.
I agree that the Town Moor is a bit of a waste of space, however it does border the affluent suburbs of Jesmond and Gosforth the populations of both are not noted as being ardent supporters - the NIMBY brigade would be out in force if there was any suggestion of getting rid of their dog walking spots for a shiny new 60,000 stadium and parking and the objections would rocket in. The council would be hard pushed to make a valid case for allowing it I think. There's plenty of space out towards Scotswood which would be much easier to push through.
Yes mate, probably a bit lazy but i didn't think people would know the Saudi currency, I didn't without checking
David Ginola was shown on the news the other day saying it doesn't matter where the money comes from, it's just great that money is coming in. Of course it matter David, you clown.
Is this the same David Ginola who campaigned for the rights of gay players and other homosexuals ... .... does he realise, I wonder, that campaigning of this nature is a criminal offence in Saudi And putting your winkle in another gentleman's bottie can see you receive the death sentence. "This is also why the magazine Têtu gave a cover treatment to Ginola, outspoken for his support of gay players and efforts against homophobia." please log in to view this image
