I don't think we're lucky, we have just exposed Toon for how poor they are. It seems to me though that our defence thinks it's going to be a walk in the park today and they are lackadaisical to say the least. Take nothing away from Toon's attack today, but my oh my we have been wafer thin at the back today. Thank god we have something going forward, but middle of the park for us is poor today too
I think Southampton is still the worse for me, at least we look we can score goals in this one, just can't defend to save their life.
Our holding midfielders are just not keeping the ball. You've got to look at Tettey and Dorrans really. Also when we got hit on the counter after that corner of free kick 5 or 6 of our players were still near the Newcastle penalty area.
Got to swap Whitraker out for Wisdom. We can easily score two as things stand, just need to tighten up
Our passing looks inept, outlet shape is confusing and we are not defending our area until it's too late.

Pretty close to mine. I'd give Mbokani a 5 though, Ollson a 6, Redmond a 5. Some of the scores at the back might be a bit high. But roughly how I'd rate.
i fancy us to win this actually. blow drier from alex, wes and maybe jarvis on, this should be doable.
