Im looking at clues and theres a record if a baseball player that shares a username in here mate

I saved him and made it plain why I did so.

Then straight after nightfall he voted for me with his first post. I then had to remind him that it was me that saved his ass!.Which is me highlighting the fact that I'd saved him and thus making a supposed 'link' between us. The surreptitious actions of a supposed 'team'???

If there's a link it's between you and him, as he's followed you like a sheep (pun intended ) every time you've made a suggestion.

 

The facts we have are the deaths, the manner of deaths and who died. Voting patterns can add to our thoughts on that as more clues come in, but for now voting has been based on hunches, guesswork and randomness. We should be looking at what we know has happened from the game summaries and trying to pick out clues - like we did yesterday with the chemical smell.

Only when bodanki looked in trouble did tobes reappear and move his vote.

What We Know So Far

There are 'town', 'mafia' and 'other' teams in the game.

Killing was taking place before the game started, so there could well be other forces at work too - something intrinsic to the island we're stranded on.

We know player 23 was poisoned, although we don't know it was the poison that actually killed him. What we do know is that somebody or something wanted him dead.

DPP was chosen by the group for escape but was mudrered before he escaped. MITO has said all escapes will be recorded as murders. This means that the killing aspect of being on the island could be important.

DPP was an acolyte. Not town or mafia. He was almost certainly one of the others. An Acolyte has a ceremonial role and this could well be tied to the killing that is going on, and/or the role of the dead in this game.

Player 22 was killed as part of the game mechanics. He wasn't targeted by any of the players.

Biscan was town and was killed by game play. We don't know which team targeted him though. We should be at least asking why Biscan was targeted though..

 

Apologies I missed yesterday. I had to book a day off at short notice as my eldest is getting some **** at work, so I had to meet her for a long talk. I've obviously got a lot of catching up to do here!

Whether his theories are right or wrong, at least he's looking for the clues. This is what we should all be doing.

 

The rules state that the dead will have a role once departed.

Maybe MITO had an enhanced dead role in mind for the first stiff? DPP was inactive in the game, and therefore wouldn't have been able to fulfill that role, so maybe MITO simply switched the deaths with the game play in mind?

Yes actually this vote is not for the jungle, but the lake that leads to the jungle. The long description for this option certainly feels "leading".

But this isn't "thinking back", the only thing I can see that might refer to is the cove that was randomly mentioned.

A boat would probably be useless since we all die at sea, but there might be a radio or something hidden in the cove.

Another point, the timeline is a bit weird. Yesterday we did all the escape stuff at night, then came back out to the gardens this morning. Are we going back to the hotel tonight for the escape stuff or do we continue from here?
