Off Topic Mafia 6 thread

So basically we are where I left off last night.
We either choose to believe IBWT is the investigator and if so, I say we pile on Astro
OR
we choose to believe IBWT is talking crap (to be fair he has said alot of rubbish in the last 24 hours) and if IBWT is lying then he must be mafia in which case we lynch IBWT.
No one else has come forward claiming to be the 2nd investigator, so by that reasoning we must assume IBWT IS or at least WAS the 2nd investigator.
So it hinges on whether we think IBWT was recruited yesterday and is giving us the run around.

What if there is a different investigator and he just doesn't want to reveal himself? Maybe he knows IBWT is guilty and has no need to reveal himself today. Possible <ok>

If this were earlier in the game I would concede that as a possibility, but if IBWT is lying and we lynch another townie, then its game over anyway, so staying hidden at this point is....pointless.
 
Again, earlier in the game I would said do a Astro/IBWT coin toss.
But there are too few townies left to split our vote, we need to be unanimous.
The only problem is.....who do we believe?
Any one else have any insight they wish to share?
 
Look at Morgan who has been trying to defend Astro... Now he would have 0 way of knowing he's townie or Mafia other than a hunch... Funny he's defendig him when I've put them two together as Mafia

With no freemasons no townie knows of any other townie so although you might believe one more than another, you can't be 100% sure so anyone defending anyone else must look suspicious, especially with a recruitment last night where it means you can't be sure about anyone at all.

But at the moment we are lynching IBWT...if we do still have investigator why reveal themselves today unless they knew Bisc to be innocent? If bisc is innocent then town lose but at least we can all lose with the knowledge that we had an investigator as crazy as RHC <laugh>

Well.....
thats it for me I suppose.
Unless someone else comes forward as the investigator, or some other new **** comes to light, I am choosing to believe IBWT and am sticking to my vote for Astro

Because if they dont, we have nothing else to go on other than IBWT's claim that he is the investigator and that Astro is mafia.
If IBWT is lying then its game over.

Seems like you are working pretty hard to keep peoples vote on IBWT

Not really trying hard he just hasn't made it very easy to believe him <laugh> ok it is a fair point....I'll make things a little interesting then and vote Astro
