It's true bob. It's a cultural thing, Spain Italy it's in their nature and is seen as an honourable way to win.

Here we go again...so are you really saying English people don't cheat? If only I had a couple of incidents I always referred to...

The only couple of incidents you can always refer to by chance?

Compared to the catalogue of cheating examples which are produced in Italy each weekend.

What interests me is - when a foreigner cheats or dives in England then it's a 'foreigner problem' and nothing to do with England. When cheating or diving occurs in Italy or Spain everyone completely overlooks the nationality of the person doing it and it is a Spanish or Italian problem.

    Fact.

Didn't practising diving used to be a routine part of training in Italy? Or is it still?

It's just a general foreign problem. England is in a tiny minority in that we think diving is a bad thing, other countries just can't understand the fuss we make about it.

Spanish and Italian football are well known for it, but South American and African football is pretty much just see who can roll around the most and the worst country I've seen internationally is Montenegro. Those lads are a ****ing disgrace.
