Absolutley brilliant news, hopefully followed soon by Hill and Helguson. He has been awsome all year and I enjoy watching him playing. Such effort and determination, and every team needs one of those players. Good move by the club, getting him on a contract for three more years takes him to the age of 29.
Great to see fans on here having an about turn on Mackie. He was getting a lot of abuse earlier in the season - now getting the praise that he deserves for a huge amount of effort he has shown in getting fit again from the leg break. Always believed he was a true professional who would never be prepared to sit back. This boy wants to keep improving - I think MH recognises this. Well deserved reward for Jamie. Well done lad!!!
