Seems a bit harsh, no reason why other fans shouldn't get to enjoy Conversing with him. A Toon board ban only would suffice.
Board bans are for boards and a mod should probably be aware of this.

Yes we know this.... there is a mod board where requests go in.
There were some issues once though around the prem board and another team board and how those two interacted.
Imagine brb's inbox if chaos got a ban from all prem boards
I reckon its a good shout personally, you should ban Chaos on here and reinstate Saff. Can't see anything going wrong there.
