This thread reminds me of "Lord of the Flies". Piss-taking of people in wheelchairs; nice.

I suggest some of you re-read your posts when the mob enthusiasm has died down a bit and see if your comments do you proud.

The comments from both sides on some Mag/Mackem threads go too far more often than I like, personally, but some of this crap is nauseating.

Get a grip man. It's what they said and what they are there for, but you can't deny the likeness is uncanny between them and Little Britain.

Ok I've re-read the whole thread and other than comparing them to little britain and calling them sad bastards, I can't see any comments that have gone to far.

If it was 2 Toon supporters looking like that, your lot would do exactly the same.

So as I say off the high horse and get your toys back in your pram.

So people in wheelchairs are immune from banter? If I was in a wheelchair I'd probably be more offended by patronising ****ers like you than people like us who act as if he's no different to anyone else. Nobody has taken the piss out of him for having Spina Bifida, we've taken the piss out of the pair of them for saying your fanbase is more loyal than our's because two bellends have decided to camp out for three days for a shirt.

Now **** off back to your tent. <ok>

Immune from banter? Banter involves conversing with people, not laughing at them. You bantering with the bloke?

I cannot stand people who think that those with disabilities are automatically immune from any kind of piss taking or banter when it has nothing to do with their actual condition. According to some people, a disability automatically makes you exempt from any kind of piss taking about anything to do with the person.

It's far more patronising and insulting than actually taking the piss out of them in the first place.

Oh but Sid has never laughed at a racist joke, or a ginger joke, or a disability joke. Nope, never.

Some you just have to take the piss out of.

    Coma patients for instance.

They can't do it themselves without a terrible mess.

People in chairs don't mind piss-taking; I know about 30 of them (comes with the territory) so I can speak from experience, but the joke in Little Britain is that the geezer in the chair is NOT disabled.

The two blokes queuing for the new shirt are obviously mad for doing it, after all, you'd think adults could either wait or would have better things to do. But this thread...
