Rod, That's the 2nd or 3rd time this week you've mentioned my dirty pants. Do you want to pm me . Don't tell 1For, it'll be our secret.
Wash and Massengo could play in the Prem together one day. Unlikely but possible. Adam Nagy has three seasons in Serie A and 30 odd caps for Hungary. Kasey Palmer is highly rated. Even Joe Morrell looks like he could potentially step up soon. God knows what happened to the hype around Bakinson though. But like I said, great squad, but completely misused I think
I don’t rate Massengo but plenty of people do. What do you see in him Rob? I see a lightweight kid out of his depth, who makes silly challenges and loses the ball a lot.
He has definitely gone off the boil but I was well impressed when he first joined. He was so good at finding space and always seemed to be miles away from every other player, so agile and aware that they couldn’t get near him. Reminded me a bit of Phil Foden when the U21s came to Ashton Gate.
Bakinson was on loan to Plymouth wasn’t he and they got promoted. From what I’ve heard he was getting rave reviews.
Y My old man is a Green Army season ticket holder and said Bakinson was the player he saw in that division all season. He’s hoping we loan him back to them for L1 next season.
Sounds like that would be a sensible move. Sometimes though it seems better to have a youth player on loan at a winning team than in a struggling team. Not sure how Plymouth would do in L1.
Bristol City linked with Lincoln City's Michael Appleton as Robins continue head coach hunt Robins said to trail former head coach candidate to replace Lee Johnson. https://www.bristolpost.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/bristol-city-linked-lincoln-citys-4322540 We all know he is an old mate of MA's from their Oxford days, he is one of the last blokes I would want as manager.
If that's the case, which was one of my concerns...................I'd rather have LJ back................I hope it's just a rumour and nothing else..
