Would agree with that. Cullen has eight or nine great seasons ahead of him. It would be fantastic of even some of those could be as a Charlton player.
If we're going to attract better players the wage structure has to change. It's been well documented that there is a problem in the Championship with clubs overspending in a bid to hit the big-time, but Brentford have shown that with a good scouting system you can compete without breaking the bank.
Brentford are masters at it, and all on very low attendances. Their owner doesn’t panic if they have a run of bad results.
Ironically Brentford do what Duchatelet was attempting to do through Dreisen - stats led scouting to find undervalued players.
I'm not having it. What have we got out of him? One and a half decent seasons (probably not even that) from a fat 5 year contract? If Naby paid Roland back the wages he's stolen, ESI could have got about £5m off the asking price. Do not give this bloke a new contract. The Nabster has become a cult figure, like Carl Leaburn. I wasn't having him either.
I think Croesus aka @AllHellLetLoose is on a wind up Sarr is a defender. At this level, he is not a very good one. He’s made a lot of costly mistakes this season. I for one won’t forget his double gaffe at Millwall in a hurry. Get rid this summer.
Oshilaja made a strong case for inclusion alongside Lockyer in his first game at CB. OK he may be right-footed, but is that really so important?
I think the same thing will happen to Naby as happened to Igor Vetokele, he will be gone at the end of the season. Surely there must be some hairy arsed div one defender we can bring in.
He was sh1te, now he's not … Naby... Naby Sarr I was at the QPR game and saw him single handedly win us a point … Naby Sarr, Naby Sarr
Your eyesight must be failing you from the QPR home end Who cost us their first goal with his diabolical clearance ?
Had the pleasure of travelling back from Middlesborough with them both - gentlemen with very strong opinions on certain topics - particularly Senior
