I never trust the opinion of a pagan when it comes to religion why would they talk well of it they will always justify their own stance by poo pooing everything even if a little part of them niggles at them for their whole lives about what if there is a God.

Made up gods init..gods created with personalities that are structured to justify the thoughts of men. God of this n God of that. It’s a fascinating culture as you saw in the series.
To my knowledge, Christians aren’t referred to as pagans in the Quran, but people that worshipped ‘fire gods’ or the Sun or actual idols sculptured out of wood etc, they were referred to as pagans.
Christianity is a relatively new religion... it is Christians that have tended to label anything that predates Christianity as Pagan ... Native Americans have their own creation myths that go back thousands of years... origins beyond both Islam and Christianity... makes you wonder why 'God' didn't get in touch with them much sooner ... or perhaps God did?
So anyway back on topic has anyone else actually read any of the well renowned religious texts of the world?
