If City are going to treat every Cup game as a training ground exercise with no respect to the fans then it would be better if they just didn’t enter the competitions.

Warnock & the players who will be playing v Fulham owe the people who turned up last night a huge improvement on last nights debacle.

Ps. Well done to Luton who I gather made 10 changes from their last league game.

Didn't go but listened to the commentary on CCFC TV - Ashley James and John Donovan sounded totally pissed off with what they were watching.

If that was indicative of the strength in depth that Warnock has assembled to support his first team choices, then pray to God we don't get any more injuries.

It wasn't just the players though. The touchline "fat controllers" didn't have a clue how to stimulate their selections and change what was obviously an accident waiting to happen - maybe we're just not good enough all round.

The stellar uplift in that level of performance required, allbeit by a different starting 11 against Fulham on Friday is frightening.

Just read the transcript of colins interview after the game. Talked about the back 4 and mentioned them all by name except coxe. Yet from what ive heard / read, he probably showed more than the other 3.
Has colin got a downer on the lad?
Not wanting to speak out of turn, but if he was contracted 40 miles west, he'd be seeing plenty of action. Not doing them much harm.
I think colin needs to stop putting so much faith in experience. Next time we lose peltier, rather than play someone out of position, chuck him in there. :emoticon-0121-angry

You refer to Blackwell and Jepson. What do they do, particularly Jepson? There seems to be a battery of non players all tracksuited up in the dug aside from the trainer (old speak for the guy who runs on to tend to the injured). Who are they? What do they do?

All in all it’s a concern as bad results and performances must seep into training and players minds.

ps incidentally it’s sobering to realise Luton won at a canter with 10 changes.
