not at all..of course many of us have been here a while and we have got to know each others traits..but i would not say it is a clique...we are all far too outspoken to allow such things......your a Spur then your in.

Did not mean a nasty clique or anything just that sometimes it seems an "outsider" is not really listened to - but perhaps I just assumed that. If I posted more regularly maybe I would move "inside"

I see what you're saying and it's not something I've noticed but maybe that's just cos I'm on the "inside". I remember when I first started on the old BBC606 it felt like my comments were quickly "drowned" in new posts and you definitely got more attention if you were a regular there.
'Fraid not. If you click on the Premier League board button at the top you can see how many threads and posts there are. From the looks of things we get more posts per thread than others, whilst we don't have a particularly high total post count which is probably because we could do with a few more users.
Ah, ta. Southampton is a busy old board by the looks of it. Surprised at Villa along with Everton/City that SL mentioned.
Some have a blue logo and some grey. Is that just to make it easy to identify the **** ones?
The blue ones have recent posts that you haven't read and the grey probably haven't had any recent contributions.
Surprising we come across as a clique. A lot of us are usually at each others throats to be fair
In all seriousness I enjoy (as I'm sure every other poster does) chatting to all on here, whether they've made 1 or 2 posts or 1000 or 2000 etc.
Since the day I joined I got straight in with all the banter and views etc, this is the first forum I've ever managed to stay longer on for more than a week (into my 13th month!!!) and that's including the original BBC 606 which I actually thought was cack. 99% of people here are a good laugh and have great insight, there's the odd pr*ck but some like to hit the ignore button on them, personally I just enjoy ridiculing the idiot(s).
Hopefully you and others don't get intimidated/ cautious about the fact a lot of guys on here now are well into over 1000 posts and may seem "seasoned posters", we all started at zilch and no one is treated/ respected more than any other poster (unless you're a WUM) so honestly please post as much as you want without worry, personally I love seeing the views of others, can sometimes help me see things in a different light and hopefully I have the same effect on others.
Yeah me too. I tried on the old 606 and that definitely was cliquey. Had a brief hiatus around the turn of the year but have pretty much been spouting **** on here since the start.

I love this forum but main issue is (now that ensil is gone and not ruining every thread) is that it is hideous to read and navigate on mobile devices.

The app's pretty good. Fast at loading all the threads/ posts and easy to navigate to different sections of the forum.
If you go down to the bottom on control panel where you can change the format of the site to swearing, no-swearing and mobile try 'mobile'. I've never used it as mine seems to work okay with the normal site but that should hopefully improve things
The only thing with picking "Mobile" is that your desktop version becomes "Mobile" too. It's a pain in the arse but at the same time, it's the best way to view this site on a mobile.
The not606 app on the Google Play market has been slated this year. Slated enough that I don't fancy installing it. If there's a way to update it, it should be done sooner rather than later.

The clique thing:
Replace the word "clique" with "group think". The group think on here is not good. People wont say things like "I like David Bentley" because of it. Like it or not, comments close to that on here have been said and people have been belittled because of it. Also, once the group opinion has been formed on here, there is no way to change it.
Like always, it's not something unique to not606. I'm not even saying it should change. It is what it is.
