Moussaka needs Aubergine ground lamb mince and gruyère cheese. Sliced potatoes too for the purist , you can't substitute a Zucchini for egg plant that's just weird
I like lasagne but instead of pasta sheets I use bread , I'm vegan so no beef mince or cheese but a nice can of tomatoes layered with vegan bread and a delicious soy alternative cheese like sauce on top is great. Maybe replace the bread with zucchini? Why not? THERE ARE NO ****ING RULES ANYMORE.
I often have yorkshire pudding with roast beef, well I actually use an apple instead of the yorkshire pudding, but still call it a yorkshire pudding
