Okay then Rickie sounds daft at times. Morgan is great! But yes JWP's interview was miles above the one with Shaw. He speaks very well. (obviously not Shaw)
When Jack Cork gets interviewed he doesn´t come across as think but he has a fixation of ending every sentence with "so".
He certainly does say "so" a lot. Chamberlain also used to say "Y'know". What else do some certain players always say??
I really want to hear what guly sounds like in an interview, i don't think he's done on yet on saints player.
He has sort of. Fonte translated what he said as Guly spoke in Portuguese. Sibley said on Twitter Guly's English gets really bad when he asks him if he will do the post-match interview.
I can imagine that. "Hey Jordan, how's it going?" "Not bad Guly, not bad.. you want to do the interview today?" "****.. er.. no habla ingles"
They all say "y'know" too much. Also "so errrrrrrr", "obviously", "absolutely buzzing" and "like I said".
Count the clichés: (starts at 1:28)
If you wanted a link to Guly's only interview in English whilst at Saints: http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/articles/...ss_2264122_2271331/0,,10280~2271331~1,00.html
Lol. Normally foreign players that don´t speak English very well overuse the word "very"....and then Guly goes and says "I´m Too much happy to stay here". Brilliant.
Like Like He seems like a bit of an airhead, imagine he is the butt of a lot of the jokes. They did academy interviews last season and asked about team mates. Believe Shaw was regularly labelled the thick one
For this next game, find comparisons between the following two videos:
Rickie occasionally gets a little tongue-tied in front of the camera. He may lack a little vocabulary, but who among us would be witty and urbane when Mark Clemmit sticks a microphone into our face..? No, he's not dense at all.
