Against the spuds.. He was impressive.. Thought I was watching Drog..

Good spirit and skill shown there by Lukaku..

We can have this thread to update his weekly adventures..

The kid has his s#!t together. Can go places!!

Good luck son next season, to become our marquee signing and lead us to the promised land!

He is like a young drog. Pacey, strong and bullied our defenders. He is still lacking when on the ball but I think you will soon start to see some of the player you thought you were getting last season.

A year of regular prem football will do wonders for him.

I saw bits of the Spuds game today, and felt great about what Clarkie did (with a bit of help from one of the next generation of striking superstars)

amen to this.. can't wait for Lukaku to be the next Drog (Superstar) for us!!

If he's a young Drogba, he'll be quietly decent for a few years, but then when he gets to his late 20's he'll become an absolute monster, who's unplayable on his day. And he'll always score against us.

Thanks for the appraisal Al <ok>

With regular games this kid will be the player we bought. All he needs is time, games and encouragement.
That goes for all our kids. They are all talented stars in waiting, you just need the right switch to turn them on.

What I've heard from Spurs fans is Lukaku changed the game and he was running their defence ragged.

Its good stuff. The success of loans can come down to what the players make of it. Some players go with the attitude, 'I'm too good for this lot.' Typically these are the ones who don't come to much.
Lukaku has gone in with the right attitude and seems determined to prove himself.

Once his brief or long loan spell is over - Lukaku shouldn't develop attitude like Bendtner or Sturridge...
When he is back at Chelsea in the near future - still should abide for his time..

Chelsea is not just any other club - Champions of Europe, got to earn your place!!

Lukaku didn't make it to the team against Everton due to an ankle problem..

Against Cottagers he is on bench... guess he would make a sub appearance around 70mins

Lukaku is second half sub for West Brom who trail 2-0 at Fulham.. Both scored by certain Berbaflop.. err BerbaHIT ..

Against Reading Lukaku gets his first full debut, finally replacing Shane Long who did little over the last few games...
Time Steve realized and brought Lukaku in..

Let's hope he gets atleast one today..

At Villa park - Shane Long starts and not Lukaku..

with in the opening few mins Long misses a free header from 5 yards.. Lukaku?
