Nice to know I'm not the only one that hates beaver boy and his diving/cheating antics.

Would like to see the refs start telling him to get up or ignoring him, or even better him to get injured and the ref thinks he faking it and leaves the prick to suffer.

 

It's best to just boo him wherever he goes. Make him realise we don't like that stuff here. It'll hurt his ego and he'll stop quickly. That biting was pathetic, the other guys were all laughing, what a fanny.

 

Cattermole is slightly different, Catts is just incredibly stupid and cannot control his tackles, he's not a cheat per se. He fouls a lot. Whoever made him captain of SAFC is the real moron. That's like making alan Smith captain.. or ben thatcher.. you hear me big Sam?

 

I'll go against the grain and say I don't care. Don't really give him much thought. Is his play acting any worse than Ashley Young hitting the deck whenever there's the faintest contact? There is no contest between Diouf and Suarez, Diouf is a vile bastard on and off the pitch it seems. Suarez got his team 3 points on Sat, that was a draw before it happened. Not saying it's right but it happens.

Say we made it to the Cup Final and Colo hand balled on the goal line on purpose in the 92nd minute when we were winning one nil, got away with it, and we win the cup. Could I give a ****? Erm, no.

 

Yes you would cause you know every other support, pundit and his dog will all over analyse it and say we cheated to get the win which would taint the fact that we'd won a cup. Christ we have got where we are by the way we play (apart from poor ref's decisions against Wolves) but still get called lucky. Everyone would brand us as cheats with that example.

Going down easy is one thing, as I say Jonas has been guilty of it at time. It's the acting and the over emphasis of throwing himself to the ground, then kicking off that pisses me off.

As I say his reaction against Rodwell made the ref's mind up, had he simply gone down free kick get on with it.

After seeing his antics in the warm up at Everton, I think he's a petulant child.

 

I agree on everything but the last bit, solely because of what the poster above said about the tainted victory. If however, like Suarez, Colo was sent off and they sky the penalty then **** em, trophy!

The divings annoying but he's not the only or worst offender, and I certainly don't blame him for handling the ball (or celebrating the missed pen) in the World Cup. Took one for the team and gave them a chance, its Gyans fault they didn't progress.

 

He just reminds me of an annoying little rat or ferret to be honest.

 

I dislike his cheating - but, as a player he is world class and is pretty special

 

Absolutely fantastic player. Top drawer. Would have him in a heartbeat. Obviously because of his nature he is the type you'd love as a home, but most despise as an oppo fan. I know one thing, centre halfs hate him because he is no respecter of reputation. Him and Bellers up front together would be the most annoying partnership of all time.

As for cheating etc, I assume you all hate all footballers then because they all cheat to a man. Hell we have one of the worst offenders diving wise in our ranks! Doesn't even bother me now because there is not an honest one amongst them. Look at Barton. Takes the high ground but when the opportunity came to gain an advantage at Arsenal, didn't think twice.

He pisses me off big time, but 74% of footballers piss me off.

I think most people would've done what Suarez did against Ghana without even thinking. It was the celebrations after that disgusted me.

Also, I see what you're getting at with the Ashley Young stuff but Suarez is 10x worse. The lack of respect he shows officials is what gets me. I wish the FA would do more to stop that kind of thing. Just give the refsultimate power, if anyone says anything out of order AT ALL it should be immediate booking and if they do it again a second one.

 

Football ability wise, quality players who is exciting to watch however he is a nasty little cheat and I can't stand him. Remember him diving against us last year to win a penalty.

 

I'm with Warm Pouch on this one, he's certainly not the only player that dives in the PL and we have a few that do it aswell. As for his reaction to the Ghana penalty miss in the World Cup, theres no doubt that it was unprofessional and uncalled for, but you can't really blame him for saving a certain goal and taking one for the team, most players would do that.

I think alot of people hate him because he is truly awful to look at.

Yes there are plenty of divers in the EPL, but it's they way he does.

Example Young or Jonas go down, they fall down and look to the ref. Nothing more.

Beaver boy, falls to the ground pretending to be in the worst pain known to man until he get's a free kick / pen / player sent off and it that which is the diffrence.

He is a talented player with skill, but a nasty beaver toothed **** most of the time.

 

I'm old fashioned but I must admit Jonas makes me laugh sometimes. I shouldn't find it funny because I loathe diving, but its the way he does it. He loves a Beckham esque back arch and foot flick. And he is the master of accidently on purpose leaving his leg in so it hits the opposing defender. To be fair him and Suarez would probably say they get kicked from pillar to post for 90mins and this is there way of getting back.

His teeth are horrible. What about a front three of him, scowling Bellers and Sloth from the Goonies (Kuyt) up top. That will scare the **** out of opposing defenders, just the horror of it. Makes wor Andy look like a model.
