Wouldn't know or care. Given your attitude though you deserve it. Just so you know, we first won the league in 1908, Munich happened in 1958 and we won our first European cup in 1968. All before the 90's. I decided to wait until we got promoted back to the first division and reached the cup final before supporting my local team over City, as I'm a plastic glory hunter, like the rest of 'us lot'.
I think I preferred you when you weren't here It was a dig. It wasn't serious. Honestly, why do people come on here, spray insults around then get so indignant if they get a bit back? If you'd bothered to read on, you'd have noticed that I inferred to blueman that Utd were rightly proud of all their trophies, and not just those gleaned from the Prem era. My argument was with him, I was using Utd as a tool (not very difficult)
Yeah ok, but I stand by the fact it's a lazy way of putting what is really a non point across. These boards are infested with the type of people who you are indeed referring to but if those who actually know what they're talking about, like you and me, rise above it half the battle is won. If we all just descend into "plastic, glory hunter, no history, no premier league etc." territory then this place will remain ****. I absolutely ****ing resent being called any of the above.

I'm sure you do, mate. Just as we resent the "You bang on about your history, because you're **** now" jibes. For the record, my reference to the PL era had nothing to do with calling anyone "plastic". If you followed what I usually write (not that I'd expect you to) you'd see I never call anyone that anyway. It was a response to the Chav claiming that all our pre-Prem trophies were irrelevant. I'm sure there are many lifelong Chelsea and City supporters who get equally pissed off with being called glory-hunters. It's unfair, but it's something they'll just have to deal with. Slagging each other off is, rightly or wrongly, part of being a football supporter, but I never attack people gratuitously, only in defence. I was only having a bit of fun with blueman, Utd got caught in the crossfire.
