He was a joy to watch last night. Having the impact now that we all wanted. Some of his touches last night were incredible. Anyone else notice his odd thing with Sterling? He gives him pure grief at times, much worse than anyone else but last night when they linked up for the first they were proper made up with each other Made me laugh. Here's a question...who talks more on the pitch Bellamy or Suarez??
Great goal. Full of class and honesty I thought... And thank god he did take that goal so well otherwise you would have had to have a replay against Conference side Mansfield... and a deserved one
Obviously but don't you think he would admit it? It was deliberate... the ref and the linesman did fark it up but a bit of honesty would have been nice to see and tbh I would have given him a huge amount of respect. You're playing Mansfield on one of their biggest games in their history...
So it's OK to admit it against Mansfield but deny it against UTD??? What a load of bollox. Play to the whistle....SIMPLE. Kids get taught that at school FFS... REF ****s up, it's on him not the player
Our second came before their first. I don't know why people always assume that if our second goal wasn't given, the rest of the game would have played out exactly the same i.e. 1-1. At 1-0 we could have defended better (2-0 is a "dangerous score line" after all). And even if it had gone to 1-1 we could have pushed for the win.
No it's not... tbh there is always going to be contrasting views. If it's your player you say play until the whistle. If you're a fan of another team and Suarez has done that then you say he's a cheating karnt. Each to their own I suppose...
You don't do yourselves any favours do you? *Makes mental note that 'jaffakop' doesn't like jokes/a bit of banter*
And tbf you are correct... no one knows how the game would have turned out. I feel Mansfield may have scored because they were playing extremely well but as you say... you would have pushed for the winner and I doubt the Stags would have held on.
