Would take him in an instant, world class forward who can play anywhere in attack.
He was the best striker in the Premier League last year and his link up play with Cazorla would be magical to watch.

I think the pictures of Ledley King pissed up, rolling out of a night club at 4am and fighting with bouncers with piss stains on his trousers speak for themselves to be honest <laugh>

Giggs fits that description perfectly. Suarez would never think of betraying his family like that, the worst possible scummy thing you can do.

So he acts up on a football pitch, so what.

Mr Giggs, druggy cocaine ferdinand rapist van persie and granny shagging Rooney, yeah Suarez is a real piece of work, a proper dirt bag for being a decent family man and pretty decent bloke who gets carried away playing a competitive sport.

nice to see you got your priorities strait Robin my rapist, you can be a rapist and a right scummy man but as long as you play a clean 90 minutes of football all is absolved?

Back OT - Liverpool will not sell Suarez to Arsenal

Ahhhh....of course....that's the equivalent of a racist **** .... Funny how you didn't use Adams who was jailed for driving and crashing while off his face...i deliberately used woodgate so it wouldn't be taken as me wumming re arsenal and yet you behave like hiag <laugh>

Calm down Precious <diva> I was just pointing out that along with Woodgate, Pegledly has had his fair share of pissed up / pissed stained incidents.

Soo apparently we are placing a second bid of around £35 Million for Suarez.

As un-likeable as the guy is, it's hard to deny Suarez is one of the finest strikers in World Football and would massively improve our squad.

Is that the Goal.com link ? Have you heard this rumour elsewhere ?

Suarez is worth £35m although that is a **** load of cash for one player. If we get him though I will be ecstatic, he is a proven goalscorer and would get bucket loads with the service at Arsenal. He might be a ****, but to be honest, all that will be forgiven if he pulls on an Arsenal shirt. And it will be hilarious seeing the spuds hating on him when he scores against them at the Lane <ok>

I am still a little surprised by our reported interest in Suarez. I would say it was complete bollocks, if it wasn't for the "Moneyball" type situation.

Hopefully it is true, we need a player of his stature if we want to compete for trophies.

We won't need a goal to start hating him, we're already there <ok>

With some of your players it takes an effort to dislike (Berkamp, Wright, Henry, Thomas, Rocastle all spring to mind), he will take no effort at all.

No it's the Metro (slightly more reliable) - but it seems it's almost impossible to work out the truth from the fiction this year. (even the likes of the Guardian thought we had agreed terms with Higuain for example)

He would be a huge signing no doubt about it but I also think Higuain would be just as effective for us. Fingers crossed we actually make a concerted effort to sign one of these guys.(and not just a last ditch cheaky bid on the final day)

How could anyone hate Thierry? The guy was/is an absolute genius. He's also pretty damn likeable/intellegent even charismatic compared to vast majority of modern players.

DarrenArsenal, LeGrove and Tim Payton all from the AST have been running their mouths since the kit launch that we are serious about spending big and that we want both Suarez and Higuain. Also that we are genuinely interested in Cesc. I hope it is true but there is always a part of me that feels they are getting duped far too easily by Ivan.

He's one of those that would take an effort to dislike. As opposed to Suarez....

The good thing about Suarez is he looks like Freddie Mercury.<laugh>

Have to say that I think Suarez has had a bit of a rough ride from the press. The word he used in the whole racist case was negro, which in Spanish (and in South America) is not used in the same way. I knew a girl in South America that called her boyfriend that as a term of endearment essentially, "My negro" (she was white), nobody gave a ****, or thought it strange.

As for the bite , well Defoe bit someone and it wasn't played up as much. Red card, sending off, mea culpa, but worse than the Ramsey tackle or kicking a ballboy, come on.

Certainly no reason for describing him in the terms normally reserved for John Terry.
