This was his first draft. He was told to re-phrase ie.

I am dreadfully sorry of any unintended side effects that may have occurred to Chiellini following him elbowing me in the mouth. I sincerely hope that the doctors are able to find and extract my tooth from his shoulder. Although it was entirely his fault, I do apologise that I didn't back away from him when I saw him try to brutally assault me.

In the future, when being punched, kicked, or elbowed in the face, I shall keep my mouth closed to prevent any possible damage to my assailant.

I hope this counts as a full apology,
