There's 2 chants that always make me laugh, and they are being so widely used. 'Luis Suarez, you know what you are' how is this an insult or mocking him? Yeah your trying to insinuate he is a racist, but he knows he isn't, so yeah he does know what he is. Suarez has continually defended himself and claimed he has been unfairly judged, so this chant is actually in support of him, 'Luis you know who you are, the FA are a joke' 'He scores when he wants' I would hope no player scores when he wants because for most of the match he clearly has no interest in scoring. In our game against Arsenal, they started singing this when Podolski scored, fair enough your trying to say you don't miss Van Persie but this was his first goal of the season!
I have to say the norwich fans on not606 are pretty great BUT.... the ****ebags in thier stadium are scum.... sorry but to be such a little ****e as to sing that at a guy who compelted not one but two hat tricks at your ground makes you look totally pathetic and frankly.... i was laughing at them.... turdbags..
I have to agree. I can't say it was every touch, as I didn't see the entire game. I saw a fairly short passage of play but, when Terry received it, the chants of 'you know what you are...' were very, very loud.
Another thread(arsenal board originally about bad ref decisions)slating Suarez. Thats the way it from now on i guess, although since Terry got his guilty verdict from the FA theres been more hate aimed at Suarez than Terry.
Brilliant from Suarez - this was exemplary. Even when he was fouled in the box, he didn't complain or scream at the ref - he just got up and got on with it. Best way to respond is to score goals or get the assists, and ultimately win the match.
I have finally watched the match. Very impressive going forward. But there are still big questions to be asked about our defence. Norwich had some great chances and on a 'normal' day, they would have gone - especially at the start of the second half.
you can take it as read that delight this week can turn to dispair if it does come about. having agger back was good but we still saw reina flog one, say us get finally a bit of luck with at least two of the goals and norwich have quite a few chances themselves.... I will say again, tactically things need to tighten up a lot and the tracking back is not right too boot. I think still some side will hand us our heads if we don't solidify what we are doing. It just requires discipline from 3/4 key players to allow out side continue to play the passing game we are trying to play, and also get in the box to score while also shoring up at the back. IMO the likes of allen, shain and the full backs have got to have tracking back ingrained into their heads, jog forward, sprint back... make the ball do the work in attack and let players like stelring and suarez do the attacking running.... We didn't get anything like waht we deserved from the utd game but they were so awful and in particular the diving of kagawa was terrible but we did get what we deserved from the norwich game. If we put in a first half like v sunderland or have a mare like west brom i nthe legaue we can easily get mullered... consistency and cutting out the errors will do an awful lot to propel us up the league..
