4-4-2 is here to stay, why else would Grayson bring in Keough and Forrsell. It looks like we are going to have to score 3 goals a match to get a result.

We had to do that when we played 4-2-3-1 anyway. 4-4-2 hasn't improved our defence - all it's done really is make Howson and Snodgrass a lot less effective. Have Clayton and Brown in holding positions, with Howson just in front, Snoddy and McCormack on the wings and Becchio up front.

Somma's out for the season. Paytner is just terrible. So we'd have Keogh and Forsell to come off the bench if needed and we change to a 4-4-2.

Loved the way he ran to the bench to thank the physio. Their marking for his goal was as poor as ours for their first. Power header though. Class.

didnt he run to the bench to thank grayson..... didnt see to be honest just from memory. Anyone think McCormack's last goal was really well taken as well. You just cannot drop this guy at the moment and why would you move him to the left and make him less effective? I think 442 is the best formation to play. I think 4-5-1 or whatever you wanna call it just doesnt offer enough and relies to heavily on becchio. We need a way out and if becchio cant hold it up then it comes straight back.
