Well Brenda said he felt his thigh in warm up when taking a shot. So I presume thats why as soon as he felt it during the game, we got Shelvey on.
According to the official site, Lucas felt a tightness in his thigh and couldn't continue. He will be assessed today.
He doesn't sound too happy from twitter last night:

When he came off I was a wreck, I said we are going to lose this. My Mrs told me to pull myself together.

look, you can feel for the ad but he should never have started the game and its just emotional for him.
