Yes mate all the home games but not away yet. He's as entertaining as the footy <laugh> He's definitely lifted the gloom for now at least.

There's a noticable improvment in some players, has anyone stood out?

The two centre backs and Lucas look more like they are working together now. Like they know their roles better already. The whole team looks more relaxed too.

When we played Sion under Rodgers I hardly took my head out of my hands all game it was so obvious the whole team was at odds. I just think Klopp's stripped everything back to basics, good positioning allied with upping the work rate. Do that first and assess the rest as he goes.

I've noticed Lucas eager to get on the ball and dictate the play, as much as I rate him anyway he's been brilliant under Klopp he's even had a shot and got into the box now and then!!! I'm looking on in wonder wtf is Lucas doing there?!!!!

Sakho is moving the ball quickly and is very accurate with his passing such a difference to the getting caught on the ball all the time under Rodgers.

  8. Even pundits have started to realise he can pass a ball.

He fizzes the ball into feet, I love that as it means the player receiving the pass has to really concentrate and doesn't have to move to the ball, this keeps the defending team from pushing up I've always pushed lads to pass the ball like that when I was coaching.

  10. I love that too and its my preferred why of passing when playing myself too. However, it does put pressure on the receiving players first touch. If they **** it up then its very easy for the opposition to gain possession.

It does and that's their fault for being ****. I've laid into many a player "****ing control the ball you twat!" I was a nice friendly captain and coach.

  12. On modern day pitches they should be controlling it, its like playing on a plastic pitch with how flat they are. The pitch last night wasn't great though (still better than anything I'll ever play on) so fair play to the lads for dealing with it.

He definitely won't have the two centre backs knocking it between them for half the game like under BR. If we're going to be passing it around there it will only be when we're in full control of a game otherwise it'll be possession in the opponents half whenever possible.

We're improving as the players get it, I just love that we look like Liverpool again.

  16. It helps that players are working hard not only to regain possession but also to give their teammates a option. Players were constantly admiring their pass under Brod but its slowly stopping. there were still a fair few occasions last night when I saw it happen. Obviously, its hard to see this on TV so my opinion could be swayed by the camera man.

Then they shouldn't be playing for us if they can't control that type of pass!

His passing is really good - Rubin were trying to press high but we bypassed with ease. Sakho's quick passes into midfield are crucial for us to start attacks. When he doesn't play, we end up with Lovren and Skrtel passing it amongst themselves.

I don't think that will happen under Klopp whoever the centre backs are. Skrtel has never looked at ease as a ball playing centre back but he'll be fine under Klopp :) Leave him to do his job and that's what he'll do. Just don't ask him to overcomplicate things <laugh> He was fantastic against Chelski btw....back to his best.
