Didn't he end up with the most yellow cards last year as well, something like 14? Was 1 more away from a 3 match ban for the amount of yellow cards! If I'm being honest he never stood out when ever I saw Newcastle (which wasn't often though I admit) but seemed to be flavour of the month after THAT volley.
