i think its a myth that dave jones gets job offers, there are managers every season doing what he failed to do for 6 years on half the money and probably half the budget, now theres a thought...

as for ridsdale, how this man keeps getting jobs is beyond me, i expect to see preston in league 2 soon..

To be fair the riddler had to main tasks during his time at cardiff, get the new stadium and find new investment. He did both and the club is now in a stronger position than it has been in my lifetime. Personally I wish him well.

Ridsdale shouldnt be allowed near a football club.

His task wasnt to get the stadium millions over budget , leave unpaid debts and facing winding up orders.

As for the new investment - thank you Steve Borley.

As for Dave Jones heard him on Talksport. Apparently he did nothing wrong at Cardiff. Its no suprise to me hes still unemployed.

Rhondda - If The Riddler hasn't got another Joe Mason up there to send us, I wonder if he'll do us another favour and take him back instead?

Can anyone else pay his wages ? they are even bigger than that pie.

<yikes>

Saw big Jon for uddersfield the other night Sparkey. If he's eating pies they are short crust vegetable pies with a glass of mineral water. He's a shadow of his former self. Not sure I'd use the term svelt, but trim wouldn't be far off. PNE could do with him at the momment.

Still don't agree with this - DJ only got money in the last season, every other year he had his best player(s) sold from under him to balance the books. If Chopra, Bothroyd (and possibly Bellamy) had not had seasons ravaged by injury we would have done it automatically, no problem. Swansea only had one really good player: the difference was he played a full season injury free.
