Looks terribly similar, but in F1 aesthetics mean hardly anything when trying to predict performance, unless the front wing is missing or something.
As far as step noses go this is probably the least ugly one you could imagine (certainly not as noticeable as everybody elses). That aside, I quite like it.

James Allison said himself that at some point throughout the year that they may cover up the step so don't fall on your swords yet. McLaren did the same thing after Bahrain last year.
Hope the other launches produce designs that were different to their 2012 ones.
