    Good arguments FellTop.

I'm not sure about this bit though:

"Some games do not require or present opportunities for lots of short sprints for example."

The games where we are behind need more effort putting in, to drag the game back, than games where we are comfortably on top. Looking at it from a logical standpoint.

Yeah mate, you are probably right. I am just trying to say data is one part an important part for sure, but it needs to be looked at along with other things. The club will be looking at it and trying to understand it.

In the good old days when you thought a player wasnt grafting hard enough they got a bollocking, or we thought they were knackered. Maybe we just have a few knackered players, or a few lazy ones? Anyway, 2 weeks to sort stuff out or get a new coach...

Oh aye it’s just my preference and I’ve fallen out in dressing rooms but you get over sooner rather than later. This would appear to be a bit more than that but time will tell.

Being a leader requires more than issuing orders. To be a good leader You need to understand members problems and let them know you understand and do as much as you can to help. What you must never do is publicly criticise, or even worse, blame them for your own shortcomings, especially in public.Resentment caused by unfair treatment or criticism does not inspire loyalty. Confidence in and loyalty to your leader goes a long way to creating confidence in and the execution of the plan you are told to carry out.
