I am more than encouraged by what can be done in the PL by an inexperienced manager when I see the results of Gary O'Neil at Bournemouth. I would say that NaJo is the type that can do the same and more at PL level for Saints.

Don’t think that’s quite true. Over a period of time you can certainly form an opinion of the regular posters. Whether that’s accurate or not who knows.
