    Sugar asks agent to define role of agents.
    Agent talks some **** about 'perceptions' and says clubs get final say. His only defence of the insane money is effectively 'well it 'appens, dunnit?'

    No reason that agents should exist is offered, they are greedy parasites who only act as middle men to put clubs into more debt and destroy loyalty in the game. Should be banned, they can **** off and get a real job.

    Agreed, surely part of his job would be deciding from their ability how much they earn.

    They'd need to know how much to value them at with their current deal etc so it wouldn't make sense to not know till it was done.

    Wage cap issue is interesting, I cant think of an effective solution to be honest.

    The more I watch this program, the more Ashley's 5 year plan seems like a good idea!

    I'm not trying to do a Tash here, but I've always said it (I remember when he said it the first time Keegan took over) he's made some horrendous choices, he took risks that didn't work, he insulted the fans and our heroes, but his business plan was always right...Buying young, selling when the money is TOO good to turn down, building slowly - its the way forward!

    I actually agree with the, "You go bust you go bust, we wont help you out" idea. It would be sad for fans yes but it's biased towards bigger teams right now and would be a kick up the arse to some of them.
