RebelBhoy - pure genius! Absolutely fantastic! Chico just doesn't know when to keep his trap shut, does he? Lord Nimmo Smith's statement is a result of much bumping of gums and misinformation coming from Govan. All he's really done is lay out the basis of how and why the commission will operate, and given due notice of what powers the commission has. There's no question of any decisions having taken in advance, but if that's how Green wants to play it, that's up to him. If Rangers (or whatever the current working title is) refuse to participate, and end up on the wrong end of a very big stick, then they will, in all probability, have forfeited all avenues of appeal. If you don't cross-examine, you are deemed to accept what is said. Oh - I really, really hope they don't turn up!
