After chasing them I just got this reply from Trading Standards regarding the misselling of Memberships due to the failure to provide a number of promised perks. Does anybody have a Premier League contact address I could use to check that the above is correct? That way if they aren't investigated I can tell Trading Standards to pull their finger out.
The Premier League investigation has been well publicised, it's definitely happening... http://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/prem...re-confirmed/story-30294990-detail/story.html
Surely they're two different things? The PL won't be investigating whether things promised as add ons to passes are delivered They'll just be looking at concessions won't they? I would write to PL and check or even just go back to TS saying you don't believe that is the case (if that's the case?)
The Premier League is only looking at the lack of concessions for the young and old contrary to their rules. If your compliant was about another aspect of the scheme then you should write back to Trading Standards saying they are the appropriate body to investigate that part of the scheme.
As you say, the Premier League will only concern themselves with the lack of concessions breaching their rules, they won't be interested in the other stuff.
That is about the concessions only isn't it? My complaint was about the misselling due to false promises of perks, points, giveaways, etc. This was my understanding. Thanks.
They'll need to close more than the west upper now, you could fit all of next seasons 'members' into one ****ing stand.
And yet the the thought of pl safety today brought all the phony ****ers out, didn't it. All that righteous anger at what they've done seemed to be forgotten didn't it.
Why you've just said we won't sell Many but today the ground was buzzing cos of the thought of safety. Can't have it both ways.
If Silva goes, membership sales are going to drastically decrease as people won't be able to put up with more of their (Allam's) ****.
