So when Skirlaugh and Dockers want to play their local tinpot final at the KCOM too, would you be in favour?
I wouldn't give a **** but if they've had it there for the last however many years and suddenly the price triples jist because the Allams need someone new to punish, then it's obviously totally ****ing wrong. It's really really sad that this is even a topic of debate. How can people fall for it time and time again.

I thinks it simply accentuates the problems we have with our owners and football has with the FA. It can only be separated if you feel like a pissing contest. It's the reason why I and a lot of people I know, are drifting away from anything but a distant interest in fòotball. Sad, but true.
The Allams are ****s, that's not up for discussion. But what is up for discussion is the reason(s) why the game will not be played at the KCOM. Unfortunately some people linking the latter with the former because it fits their worldview. We need better investigative reporting from the HDM, more transparency from the SMC and less mindless vitriol from some commentators.
Dont get me wrong City Man I come across the same crap you talk about. But I always feel that indignation is a better response.
I'm still scarred by Billy Heath's venomous and expletive filled outburst when he was at Hall Road and one of their larkers got sent off. It was sublime and was against North Ferriby about 6 or 7 years ago. For that reason alone I say ban the peasants. All of them, one and all. No place for such brutish shenanigans at the cathedral of hope, as I like to call it.
Maybe City should go have a word with Brid Town's groundsman. They have Brid Town and Scarborough both playing games all season. Then host numerous junior finals and tournaments free of charge during the summer on a pitch praised by all higher teams who play pre season friendlies there. TWS and City have both praised it. Don't know who it is now but for years it was a City fan in charge who died at a relatively young age not that long ago and whose son stilll goes to City matches.
Never disputed I was merely saying that there should have been more of an issue made of it when they did so...a year ago
Dear PL Please consider using the Brid Town model when identifying best practice recommendations for PL clubs. Lots of teams play games on it and they seem to say it's OK. I'm sure Conte, Wenger, Mourinho etc would support this. regards etc
I'm sure there would have been if anyone knew about it, the Council should not have made up that shortfall.
East Riding FA obviously knew It's a shame that they didn't wait until immediately after the final last year and then publicly thank HCC but raise concerns about the cost for this year then (unless they were naively hoping that HCC would just continue to make up the shortfall every year)
