Thought Earnie was off to Leicester ? But i would be happy with Parkin and Earnie upfront being fed by Whittingham and Bellers, will this happen probably not but heres to wishful thinking

Don't encourage him on the pitch. He eats enough off it.
In all honesty though he can't be a first choice for us. He made little impact during most of the games he took part in - yes I know the majority of games he was a late sub. He is simply not mobile enough to be first choice at Championship level and we only paid £100k for him. At the level we want to be we will need much better than that.
Just think we could have had James Vaughan for £1m and he has now gone to Norwich for £2.5m. I think Vaughan would have brought life to our attack and made a big difference in the latter season stages. He gave our back 4 a tough time at Palace and with Jay "resting" for much of the time Vaughan would have put a bomb under him.
Our offer of £500k up front and the rest at the end of the season was a major mistake by the owners.
