It's not really, no means no it's just got complicated due to lawyers stating if your drunk you can't give consent. Which is a good thing to protect the women but as I've stated previously where's the protection for a man when drunk?
But as the man said "she didn't say yes, she didn't say no , she didn't say stop, she didn't say go". Anyhow I understand that the review (there is usually an 18 months waiting list ) has been fast tracked and has started. It will be an interesting ruling
I understand the result of the review is due out in about 6 months. If the whole charade has achieved one thing, it is that it has brought the whole issue of "what is rape" into the public domain. My opinion is that all three deserve one another but that it was not rape as most people understand it. Whether it was legal rape we shall let the legal process decide.
