It is absolutely incontrovertible that the bigots and zealots that you and Nick Griffin were celebrating terrorised the democratically elected representatives of the People of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland.

They terrorised people by writing on a piece of paper.

Watching the covenant programmes aired a few weeks back I am sure you would have caught the Southern Irish historian saying that the signing of the covenant was joked about by Irish catholics. A lot of them did not take this seriously at all and went about their day attending the football, going to work etc. They sound terrorised alright. <doh>

So Casement was a terrorist then?

I imagine they were slightly more concerned when German rifles landed on Irish soil to be used to arm a militia against the democratic will of the people if the UK.

You seem to be avoiding my question.

Yeah those rifles that never fired a shot.

    Let's try again.

    Was Casement a terrorist?

Are you annoyed that I am not answering your question?

Perhaps I'll contemplate the answer to your question whilst I am reading your answer to why you hate democracy. Particularly British democracy?

You can't answer because you know you'll be contradicting yourself.

    Doggstyled by Medro yet again.

Just for the avoidance of doubt, you are suggesting that arming a paramilitary militia consisting of Religious zealots to act against the democratic will of the people of the UK is not terrorism<ok>

I can answer. It isn't a problem to me. I am not a hypocrite.

    Unlike you and Nick Griffin.

Religious zealots? This was about political stance not religious.

As I said before Carson and the men that armed themselves could not be tried for treason as they were protecting the British Empire, a loophole that the politicans in England had not thought about. An act of motion was to be passed against their will and they were prepared to fight the British soldiers if need be.

It of course was a game of bluff and in the end the men or "terrorists" as you defined them went off and fought bravely for the crown in WW1.

So who exactly were they terrorising?

    Then go for it.

    Was Casement a terrorist?

I know what it was about Med Dog, it doesn't change the fact that they were Religious zealots.

Protecting the British Empire by arming themselves against it? sounds rather perverse to me. Of course Carson himself accepted his actions could be construed as treasonous.

And this is bollocks of the highest order. Couldn't be tried for treason for fighting against the King's government. Pull the other one, its got Sevco shares on it.

    So anti Democratic terrorists then?

Unless you are suggesting that a paramilitary organisation fighting against the British army and the democratic will of the people is a good thing?

    Proof positive that terrorism works.

    I have already answered this.

I am not ready to answer yet. I don't appear to have an answer to my question.

you know they say you learn something new every day. I used the Casement example as it seemed obvious to me that if one was treason, then so is the other. Casement apparently tried to get Carson to defend him. I didn't know that.

If you are unable to answer a simply question then there really is no point in engaging with you.

You and I both know that you will of course will be contradicting yourself if you do answer correctly.

I can answer a simply(sic) question easily enough. It genuinely isn't a problem to me. However I am not a very clever man. I can only deal with one thing at a time. So first things first...

Right now it looks very much like you are saying that it is ok to be involved in gun running, ok to form a militia, ok to fight against the Government of the UK provided you disagree with the laws passed by the UK Government.

    Is that correct?
