The reason I support Arsenal is because of my local roots. You lot are always banging on about Woolwich Arsenal. I started supporting Arsenal because I used to play in the garden of a mates house what had some of the original terracing from Arsenal's former ground.

that's part of the problem. London has so many clubs as its so vast.

11 miles is further than where i am to that ****ing circus **** tip up in NE1

As I said before. When I was living in London, if Arsenal were playing up north and I couldn't go, I'd take my pick of going to watch Charlton, West Ham or Millwall. One of the great things about living in London, was that you've always got 2 or 3 games on in the capital every weekend.

London’s great for footballing rivalry. Rival games are always special and the four top London sides generally get to have 6 fierce games a season so long as West Ham haven’t been relegated. Then, as has happened this season, there’s always the chance of a cup draw as well.

Woolwich Arsenal mate. Woolwich is in Saarf London, Arsenal moved from there to North London, and Spurs fans still haven't got over it.

Used to meet up with a lot of 'rival' fans in McD's in Victoria on home days
    Barnet (1888)?
    Brentford(1889)?

And as you say, they still haven’t got over it. No doubt they will still be bitter about Leicester winning the league 100 years from now <laugh>

100 years ago! In that time we've forgiven the germans and the japanese, but not Arsenal for relocating. <laugh>

    That's some grudge! Respect! :emoticon-0178-rock:

Both in Middlesex. Not really London.

Brentford is West anyway, aren't QPR their rivals?
