    Your theory could prove to be true but it is just a theory based on something you read on a blog. I've just watched the 10 O'Clock News and there was no mention of this. Julie Etchingham was looking pretty damn hot though.

    It would just appear to be the most likely scenario. If I had guessed at what happened, that would have been it.
    I questioned the Sun article you posted because it just didn't add up. The Guardian article lends some credence to that assertion.

    edit; I could still be wrong.

    I hate to agree with a rather baseless conspiracy theory, but it does seem like a pretty likely version of what happened, at the moment.
    Of course it could all be bollocks and it could just be a straightforward shooting, with people taking advantage of the enforced police silence to stir things, but I'm not so sure now.
